A <br />IN <br />WARRANTY DEED 87-106062 <br />Robert J. Radke and Peggy A. Radke, husband and wife (here- <br />inafter "Grantors ") for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar <br />($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged from Ve'cerans Administration, a corpora- <br />tion (hereinafter "Grantee ") conveys to Grantee the real estate situ- <br />ated in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, described as follows: <br />Lot 8, Westwood Park Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor is lawfully <br />seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances, <br />except easements, covenants and restrictions of record; has legal <br />power and lawful authority to convey the same; and warrants and will <br />defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all per- <br />sons. <br />Grantors acknowledge that Grantors and Grantee do not intend <br />to merge any mortgage lien or interest of Grantee with the conveyance <br />by this instrument.
