Kincheloe, each in his and her own right and as spouse of each other, to THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, on the following described property, to-wit: The Easterly Ninety -Three and Seven Tenths (93.7) Feet of Lot One (1) and the Easterly Ninety -Three and Seven Tenths (93.7) Feet of the Northerly Thirty -Seven and Five Tenths (37.5) Feet of Lot Three (3), in Block Twelve (12), in University Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska_ which said mortgage bears date 6th day of October 19 62 , and is recorded in Book 129 of mortgages on Page 459 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska, said Association hereby acknowledges full satisfaction of and releases the same.
