To have and to hold all of the property unto Mortgagee, forever, and for the uses herein set forth, to secure the performance of the obligation contained herein, and the payment of the principal and interest of the Note executed and delivered concurrently herewith by the Mortgagor to Mortgagee in the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30, 000'.00) bearing interest in the amount of Twelve Percent (12 %) per annum and thereafter as set forth in the Promissory Note attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
