B <br />MW I V-- 106001 <br />The undersigned, HQBWT HUKIS`PON, JR. and JUDY WMIST1A, husband wife, <br />Route 1, Box 174C, City of Cairo, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein <br />referred to as MORTGAGM, do hereby sell, mortgage, and convey to MELVIN HINZB, <br />210 &at Xansas, City of Cairo, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein <br />referred to as MMR'1GAGM, the property situated in the County of Hall, State of <br />Nebraska, described as follows: <br />The Northerly One Half (N1 /2) of Lot One (1) in Block <br />Fifty -Five (55) in the Original Town, now City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />together with appurtenances thereto belonging and all fixtures now or hereafter <br />attached thereto or used in connection with the premises herein described. <br />To have and to hold all of the property unto Mortgagee, forever, and for <br />the uses herein set forth, to secure the performance of the obligation <br />contained herein, and the payment of the principal and interest of the Note <br />executed and delivered concurrently herewith by the Mortgagor to Mortgagee in <br />the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30, 000'.00) bearing interest in the amount <br />of Twelve Percent (12 %) per annum and thereafter as set forth in the Promissory <br />Note attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. <br />Mortgagor covenants and agrees: <br />1. They will pay the indebtedness as hereinbefore provided. <br />2.
