<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Ina, a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FBI, a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />annealing and delivery of theme presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, mold, assigned, transferred, and not
<br />over, and, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,
<br />transferred, and not over, unto the said party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE, Bearing date
<br />of February 11th 19 83 , as Document No.83- 000687 in the offices
<br />of Reg. of Deeds,Hall County, Nebraska
<br />and made by R. Andrew Hanson and Vicki Iaynn Hanson, Husband and :life
<br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. and ail its right, title
<br />and interest to the premises therein described, together with the note therein
<br />described, and the money due or to become due thereunder, including interest
<br />thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part,
<br />its successors and assigns forever, subject only to the provisions of amid
<br />INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contained.
<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money and
<br />interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the some as the part of the
<br />first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation of the State of
<br />Nebraska has caused this Assignment of Mortgage to be executed by its Vice
<br />President and attested by its Asst. Secretary and its Corporate Seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed the 23rd day of July in the year 19 87 .
