<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the slam of

<br />lawful money of the United States of America, to it in hand paid by
<br />CENTRAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, its successors and assigns
<br />A Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and
<br />delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
<br />granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set over, and, by these

<br />to Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its right, title and interest to the

<br />(11) WEST, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST
<br />CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1 /4) OF SECTION FOUR (4); THENCE RUNNING WESTERLY ALONG AND UPON
<br />THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION FOUR (4) A DISTANCE OF NINE HUNDRED SIXTY -FIVE (965) FEET TO THE ACTUAL
<br />POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUNNING SOUTHERLY PARALLEL TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION
<br />FOUR (4) A DISTANCE OF FIVE HUNDRED NINETY -FOUR (594) FEET; THENCE RUNNING WESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE
<br />NORTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION FOUR (4) A DISTANCE OF THREE HUNDRED NINETY -SIX (396) FEET;
<br />THENCE RUNNING NORTHERLY PARALLEL TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION FOUR (4) A DISTANCE
<br />OF FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR (594) FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION FOUR (4), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12)
<br />NORTH, RANGE ELEVEN (11) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.; THENCE RUNNING EASTERLY ALONG AND UPON THE NORTHERLY
<br />LINE OF SAID SECTION FOUR (4) A DISTANCE OF THREE HUNDRED NINETY -SIX (396) FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />Together with the note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the
<br />said party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contained.
<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its name, or otherwise, but at their own proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money and
<br />interest, and, in case of payment, to discharge the same as the part of the
<br />first part might, or could do, if these presents were not made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation of the State of
<br />Nebraska has caused this Assignment of Mortgage to be executed by its
<br />President and attested by its Secretary and its Corporate Seal to be hereunto
<br />affixed. the. 8th day of October in the year 19 87 .
