<br />NOW, THEREFORE, this Agr"Ment: ` M
<br />1. The parties stipulate and agree that the terms and provisions of the above-described promissory note are hereby
<br />modified and /or extended to provide that the unpaid balance thereon shall be payable as follow:
<br />Monthly payments of $3,000.00 applied first to interest then to principal
<br />beginning November 1, 1987, with a final payment of remaining principal
<br />and interest due October 1, 1988,
<br />The interest rate shall be 11% until maturity of October 1, 1988.
<br />and that said real estate mortgage is amended accordingly.
<br />2. As modified and/or extended by this Agreement, the promissory note and mortgage are hereby ratified and
<br />confirmed, and if the terms and provisions contained in said promissory note and mortgage in anyway conflict
<br />with the terms and provisions contained in this Agreement, the terms and provisions herein contained shall prevail.
<br />3. This Agreement shall be binding on the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the
<br />respective parties.
