<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the sup of

<br />hand paid by cENTRAL MonTCACg CORPmATION, it's successors and /or assigins
<br />a Corporation, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, assigned, and transferred, and, by theme presents,
<br />does grant, assign, and transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc. is beneficiary,
<br />A Patricia A. Luton (f/k/a Patricia Ann Fngel) and Dennis D. Luton, Wife and HLsband
<br />is Trustor, and Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 28th day of August 1987 and
<br />recorded the 2nd day of September , 19 87 , document 087- 105242 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of ELall County, Nebraska, and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), in Liartelt Subdivision, being a part of Lots Seven (7),
<br />Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16) and Eighteen (18) of County Subdivision of part of
<br />the Smith Half (S2L) of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North, Range (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 31st day
