<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />WHEREAS, Cory L. Myers and Nancy J. Myers, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustors, on March 25, 1983, made, executed, and delivered
<br />to Stewart Title Guaranty Company, as Trustee, a Dead of Trust
<br />covering the following described property, to wit:
<br />The West Ninety -Nine Fee (W991) of Lot Four
<br />(4), Block One (1), Hann's Second Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was given as security for
<br />the payment of a certain note on the same date by Cory L. Myers
<br />and Nancy J. Myers, husband and wife, to Superior Mortgage, Inc.,
<br />the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded on March 25, 1983, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83- 001446 of the
<br />Mortgage Records; and /
<br />WHEREAS, the said Superior Mortgage, Inc. duly executed
<br />a written Assignment of the Deed of Trust to Banco Mortgage /
<br />Company on March 28, 1983, and thereupon delivered the Deed of i
<br />Trust and said written Assignment thereof to Banco Mortgage
<br />Company in the regular course of business and for a valuable
<br />consideration, which Assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />April 7, 1983, as Document No. 83- 001658 of the Mortgage Records;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the said Banco Mortgage Company duly executed
<br />a written Assignment of the Deed of Trust to The Lomas & Nettleton
<br />Company on February 28, 1985, and thereupon delivered the Deed of
<br />Trust and said written Assignment thereof to The Lomas & Nettleton
<br />Company in the regular course of business and for a valuable
<br />consideration, which Assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in r.
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />September 3, 1985, as Document No. 85- 004269 of the Mortgage
<br />Records; and
<br />WHEREAS, the said Lomas & Nettleton Company duly
<br />executed a Substitution of Trustee on July 10, 1987, removing
<br />Stewart Title Guaranty Company as original Trustee and appointing
<br />Michael Francis Coyle as successor Trustee, which Substitution of
<br />Trustee was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on September 11, 1987, as Document No.
<br />87- 105424 of the Miscellaneous Records; and
<br />WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation for which the trust
<br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, to wit: Cory L.
<br />Myers and Nancy J. Myers, husband and wife, have wholly failed,
<br />neglected, and refused to pay the principal and interest due for
<br />the months of November 1986 through September 1987, inclusive, on
<br />said note, to the Beneficiary;
<br />THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned
<br />Trustee at the request of the Beneficiary, and in consequence of
<br />said default, has elected to sell, or cause to be sold, the
