MOR UMS ASSUMPTION AGRUMENT <br />THIS ANT, entered into this day of ,, 19AZ, <br />by and between, Superior Mortgage, Inc. hereinafter called <br />"MortgagON and Assumer) Daniel J. Stremnke . hereinafter called <br />"Borrower". <br />WIWAU, Borrower desires to purchase the following- described real estate: <br />Lot 7 of Park Gardens Second Subdivision, in.the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />NNSRSAB, there is recorded in the Mortgage Records of Hail County, <br />Nebraska in Do�cuxment # 877Ni" 0 <br />, a mortgage on said <br />real estate, dated February 3 , 1987 , in favor of Superior Mortgage, <br />Inc. and assigned to <br />in Book at page t and <br />wHSRSAB, Borrower as a part of the purchase price for said real estate, <br />desires to avows said mortgage as described below and pay the obligations <br />secured thereby. <br />The total amount of indebtedness c_° Borrower to Mortgagee on account of <br />the hereinbeforedescribed note and mortgage as of the date hereof, including <br />all principal, interest and any other amounts due is $ 55.128.56 f <br />hereinafter referred to as the "principal balance ", which Borrower, jointly <br />and severally, promises to pay the Mortgagee or order, at any Nebraska office <br />of the Servicing Lender, together with interest thereon at the rate of 7,0 <br />percent per annum, in monthly installments of S 369.24 beginning <br />November 1 , 19 87 .
