1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this Sanitary <br />Sewer License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions <br />under which the Licensees will be permitted to connect the <br />property located at 2905 South Blaine Street to the City's <br />sanitary sewer line in Sanitary Sewer District No. 432 and <br />located in the utility easement along the south side of Block 4, <br />Olde Mill Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. The real estate owned by the Licensees and located at <br />2905 South Blaine Street which is subject to this Sanitary Sewer <br />License Agreement is more particularly described as follows: <br />Considering the point of beginning to be the <br />southeast corner of Lot 9, Block 4, Olde Mill <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; thence running 160 feet south; <br />thence running 125 feet west; thence running <br />160 feet north; thence running 125 feet east to <br />the point of beginning, all of which is located <br />in a portion of Lots 4 and 5, Riverside Farm <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />2. LICENSE GRANTED TO LICENSEES. The City hereby grants <br />to the Licensees a license to connect the private sanitary sewer <br />service line for the above described property to the City's <br />sanitary sewer line in Sanitary Sewer District No. 432 and <br />located in the utility easement along the south side of Block 4, <br />Olde Mill Subdivision. The construction of the private sanitary <br />sewer service line and the connection to the City's sanitary <br />sewer line shall be subject to inspection and approval by the <br />Department of Public Works. <br />3. CONSIDERATION TO BE PAID. In consideration of the <br />granting of this sanitary sewer license agreement, the Licensees <br />shall pay to the City a total connection fee of $1,776.68 based <br />on the following formula: <br />125' Frontage @ $6.50195/ff = $ 812.74 <br />20,000 s.f. @ $0.048197/ff = $ 963.94 <br />TOTAL CONNECTION FEE <br />$1,776.68 <br />It is further understood by the City and Licensees that all <br />plumber's fees and sewer tap fees incurred connecting the <br />Licensees private sanitary sewer service line to the City's sewer <br />line are to be paid by the Licensees and that the foregoing <br />U <br />IN <br />
