<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That John A. Wolf, Trustee, and Norwest Bank Nebraska., N.A.,
<br />in exercise of the power of sale conferred upon them, dry hereby
<br />execute and deliver this indenture,
<br />W I T N E S S E T H
<br />WHEREAS, for valuable consideration on the 26th day of April,
<br />1984, Robert M. Bermudez, a /k /a Rigoberto M. Bermudez, and Mary V.
<br />Bermudez, husband and wife, as Trustors, executed and delivered
<br />their Deed of Trust to John A. Wolf., Attorney at Law, Trustee,
<br />and First Savings Company, now Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., as
<br />Beneficiary, conveying the real estate hereafter described in
<br />trust, with power of sale, in accordance with the termc and pro -
<br />visions set forth therein; that said Deed of Trust was thereafter
<br />recorded on the 1st day of May, 1984, in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 84- 002271, et seq.,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 11th day of March, 1987, Norwest Bank Nebraska,
<br />N.A., was appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust set
<br />forth above, and
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustors, having defaulted in the payment of the
<br />indebtedness secured thereby, and the Beneficiary, having delivered
<br />to the Trustees a written declaration of default and having deposited
<br />with the Trustees all Promissory Notes, together with
<br />Notice of Default, and
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Section 76 -1006, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, on the 8th day of April, 1987, Norwest Bank Nebraska,
<br />N.A., Trustee, filed a Notice of Default in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br />87- 10198, which Notice fully complied with the requirements of
<br />said Statutes, and
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Section 76 -1008, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, on the 11th day of April, 1987, a copy of the Notice
<br />of Default was mailed, by certified mailed, with postage prepaid,
<br />to 56 Windsor Drive, McKee City, NJ 08232, being the address of
<br />the Trustors, which mailing of notice fully complied with the
<br />requirements of said Statutes, and
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Section 76 -1007, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., Trustee, gave written
<br />notice of the time and place of sale, particularly describing
<br />the property to be sold, by publication of such notice, commencing
<br />on August 7, 1987 and continuing once a week for five consecutive
<br />weeks, the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not
<br />more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of such sale, in
<br />the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper having general
<br />circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, which notice fully complied
<br />with the requirements of said Statute, and
<br />WHEREAS, in compliance with Section 76 -1008, Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, Notice of Trustee's Sale was mailed to the Trustors
<br />at the address of the Trustors as set forth above; and on the
<br />14th day of September, 1987, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., being the
<br />date and time designated in the Notice of Sale, said property
<br />was sold at public auction to Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., beinu
<br />the highest bidder, for the sum of Sixty Thousand Seven Hundred
<br />Forty -Two Dollars and Four Cents ($60,742.04), which sale fully
<br />complied with the requirements of said Statute;
