<br />WITNESSETH, that said Party of the First Part, in consideration of the sum of One

<br />Eighty -seven (387) feet; thence N 89° 37' 43" W, parallel with the North line of said SEA, a
<br />distance of Forty (40) feet; thence N 35° 33'49" W, a distance of Four Hundred Seventy -seven
<br />and Ninety -eight Hundredths (477.98) feet to a point on the North line of said SE /4; thence S890
<br />37'43" E, along and upon the North line of said SE4, a distance of Three Hundred Eighteen (318)
<br />feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.59 acres more or less. Also known as Lot One (1),
<br />Reeves Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Title to be subject to easement for drift of irrigation water from normal cropping
<br />operations.
