87 105822 �7'J- // , <br />LIS PENDENS <br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Norwest Bank South <br />Dakota, N.A., is plaintiff and Lee A. Yager and Shirley E. Yager, husband <br />and wife, are defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain a <br />foreclosure decree from said defendants of teh amount due the plaintiff <br />on the mortgage dated July 29, 1983, and filed in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebrassa, on the 29th day of July, 1983, <br />wherein Lee A. Yager and Shirley E. Yager, husband and wife, mortgaged <br />and conveyed to plaintiff the following described real estate situated <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Thirteen (13) Sunset Subdivision, in the North <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter (NkNEk) of Section <br />Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Ten <br />(10), West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska, <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same declared <br />a lien upon the interest of Lee A. Yager and Shirley E. Yager, husband <br />and wife, in said real estate and appurtenances thereto, to have the <br />real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due, <br />together with the cost of suit and to foreclose the said defendnats <br />of all rights, title, interest, lien, claim, demand and equity of <br />redemption whatever in and to the real estate and appurtenances <br />thereto, together with such other and further relief as to the Court <br />may seem jsut and equitable. <br />30 <br />DATED THIS - DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1987. <br />THE LAW OFFICES OF ROBERT M.
