<br />By virtue of this deed, said deed terminates Easement and Agreement
<br />recorded as Document No. 78- 004362 recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns
