<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a Corporation,
<br />the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
<br />consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings Bank, PSI, a
<br />Corporation, the party of the second port, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />has granted, assigned, and transferred, and, by these presents, does grant,
<br />anign, and transfer unto the party of the second part, its successors and
<br />assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said Superior Mortgage, Inc. is
<br />beneficiary,
<br />James A. Atwood and Donna J. Atwood, Husband and Wife
<br />is Trustor, and Ticor Title Insurance Company is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 26th day of August , 19 85 , and recorded
<br />the 26th day of August 19 85, as Document #85- 004108 in the offices
<br />of Register of Deeds
<br />Hall County, Nebraska , and all its right, title and interest
<br />to the property therein described, together with the promissory note therein
<br />described, and the money due or to become due thereunder, including interest
<br />thereon, subject only to the provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its Vice President, and attested by its
<br />Asst. Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 17th day
