<br />the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
<br />consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings Bank, ran, a

<br />hair granted, assigned, and transferred, and, by those presents, does grant,

<br />the 26th day of July , 19 85, as Document f85- 003577 in the offices
<br />of Register of Beds
<br />Hall County, Nebraska , and all its right, title and interest
<br />to the property therein described, together with the promissory note therein
<br />described, and the money due or to become due thereunder, including interest
<br />thereon, subject only to the provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.

<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its Vice President, and attested by its
