<br />has granted, assigned, and transferred, and, by these presents, does grant,

<br />assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said Superior Mortgage, Inc, is current
<br />beneficiary, Reginald A. Malcom and Susan A. Malcom, Husband and Wife
<br />is Trustor, and TICOR Title insurance Company is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 14th day of March , 19 85 , and recorded
<br />the 14th day of March 19 85, as Document. No. 85- 0012201,n the offices
<br />of Register of Deeds
<br />Fall County, Nebraska , and all its right, title and interest
<br />to the property therein described, together with the promissory note therein
<br />described, and the money due or to become due thereunder, including interest
<br />thereon, subject only to the provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its Vice President, and attested by its
<br />Asst. Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 23 day
