87-105757 TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE KNOW ALL'MEN BY THESE PRESENM WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by BERNARD J. KIMMINAU and SHARYL R. KIMMINAU, husband and wife, to AREND R. BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated September 5, 1986, and recorded September 11, 1986, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 86- 105168, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to such premises; Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and the East Eighteen (E18) feet of Lot Ten (10) , Block Three (3) , in Clark's Addition to the Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded; together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
