<br />NOTICE OF CONTRACT OF SALE
<br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Contract For Sale And Purchase
<br />of Real Estate dated December 15, 1986, R. J. Thomazin and Constance R.
<br />Thomazin, Husband and Wife, have agreed to sell to T. J. Aguilar and
<br />Bonnie J. Aguilar, Husband and Wife, the following described Real Estate
<br />under contract, to wit:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13) of Brach's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />AND
<br />Lake Front Tract 13A, more particularly described as "Lake Front Tracts
<br />Abutting Brach's Lake ", shown on the City of Grand Island Engineering
<br />Department Plat identified as "Brach's Lake ", dated 9- 29 -72, and which
<br />plat has been filed of record as a part of deed recorded in Book 1046,
<br />at Page 23, of the official deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, in
<br />the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township
<br />11 North, Range 9 EXCEPTING therefrom Tract 04 and Tract #5 as shown on
<br />the Land Survey dated May 7, 1984, and made by Benjamin and Associates,
<br />Inc. and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document #84- 002596 said Tract M4 conveyed by Quitclaim Deed
<br />and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Document #84- 002664 and Tract N5 conveyed by Quitclaim Deed and recorded
<br />in the Offie of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska as Document
<br />#84- 002665.

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (NWI�SW)4) of Section Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner
<br />of Lot 13, Brach's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 13, assumed
<br />bearing of S61 08127 "W, a distance of Twenty -Seven (27.0) Feet to the North-
<br />east corner of Lake Front Tract No. 13A, thence SO9037157 11E along the Easterly
<br />line of said Tract No. 13A, a distance of One Hundred Three and Eighty -Eight
<br />flundreths (103.88) Feet; thence N48032152 "E a distance of Twenty -Seven (27.0)
<br />Feet; thence N08008151 "W, a distance of Ninety -Eight and Fifty -Six Hundredths
<br />(98.56 ) Feet to the place of beginning and containing 2,436.46 sq. ft. or
<br />0.056 acres more or less; Said tract of land being more particularly shown
<br />and described as Tract *1 on the Land Survey dated May 7, 1984, and made by
<br />Benjamin and Associates, Inc. and recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #84- 002596.
