<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Goldome Realty
<br />Credit Corp., is Plaintiff, and Scott C. Lane and Cindra K. Lane,
<br />Husband and Wife, at al., are Defendants, the object and prayer
<br />of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, Scott C.
<br />Lane and Cindra K. Lane, Husband and Wife, of the amount due the
<br />Plaintiff on a certain Mortgage executed by Scott C. Lane and
<br />Cindro K. Lane, Husband and Wife, to Superior Mortgage, Inc.,
<br />dated January 99 1984 „ and recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 10, 19849
<br />as Document No. 84- 0001419 which was assigned to Bankers' Funding
<br />Corp., on September 11, 1987, and recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on September 14,
<br />1987, as Document No. 87-- 108476, and subsequently assigned to
<br />Goidome Realty Credit Corp., on February 18, 1987, and recorded
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on September 14, 1987, as Document No. 87- 1054779 wherein Scott
<br />C. Lane and Cindra K. Lane, Husband and Wife, conveyed to
<br />Plaintiff the following described real estate in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), Kallos Subdivision, City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Mortgage and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Scott C. Lane and Cindra K.
<br />Lane, and the real estate and appurtenances thereto, to have the
<br />real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found
<br />due together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose the
<br />Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand,
<br />and equity of redemption whatever in and to the real estate and
<br />appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further
<br />relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
