<br />i advisable, and to receive and give receipts for any income
<br />or dividends arising from such investments, and to call,
<br />liquidate and dispose of any or all of such investments, as
<br />my attorney may determine; to specifically endorse all
<br />government checks or drafts for Social Security benefits,
<br />and any insurance or Medicare benefits due to me; and to
<br />have access to such safety deposit box as may be leased by
<br />me at FirsTier Grand Island, N.A., or in any other bank or
<br />financial institution.
<br />9. To vote at stockholders' meetings, execute
<br />12roxies, and otherwise su s ute or wner. To VoUi a the
<br />meetings or- --stockholders or er meetings of any
<br />corporation or company, or otherwise to act as my attorney
<br />or proxies, with power of substitution, in respect to any
<br />stocks, shares, bonds, debentures or other evidences of
<br />ownership, or securities, now or hereafter held by me and
<br />issued by, or on account of, said corporation or company,
<br />and for that purpose to execute any proxies, limited or
<br />general, stock options, or other instruments.
<br />10. To execute all documents a�ndpaapers. To execute
<br />deeds, leases, Mills, leases, notes, mortgages and similar instru-
<br />ments, and titles of all kinds, for all or any of the
<br />purposes herein stated; to enter into and sign, seal,
<br />execute, acknowledge and deliver any contracts, deeds or
<br />other instruments whatsoever, and to draw, accept, make,
<br />endorse, discount, or otherwise deal with any bills of
<br />exchange, checks, promissory notes or other commercial or
<br />mercantile instruments; to file and sign Federal and State
<br />Income Tax Returns, Estimates, and Declarations.
<br />11. To do all other thin s necessar in connection
<br />herewith. n general, to o a other acts or deeds
<br />w a soever in or about my estate, property and affairs,
<br />either particularly or generally described, as fully and
<br />effectually for all intents and purposes as I could do
<br />personally, it being my intent to grant to my said attorney,
<br />a general power to act for me and in my behalf, and not a
<br />limited or special power limited to the specific acts herein
<br />described.
<br />12. Power of Attorney effective notwithstanding
<br />disabilitZ of principal; cont nues in effect
<br />principal's eat until notice. Pursuant "to t6e provisions
<br />of e ras a Probate o e, ections 30 -2662 and 30 -2663, I
<br />declare that this Power of Attorney shall not be affected by
<br />my disability or incapacity, and that the authority granted
<br />herein shall continue during any period while I am disabled
<br />or incapacitated. Further, pursuant to said Sections, all
<br />such authority shall continue after my death until notice of
<br />such death shall have been received by my. attorney so that
<br />my attorney have actual knowledge of the fact that I have
