LIS PENDENS 8 — 106,632 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition is filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska wherein Norwmst Bank Nebraska, <br />N.A. f /k /a First Savings Company, a federal banking institution, is <br />Plaintiff and Edward S. Cummings, Mary Beth Cummings, John R. <br />Fenderson, Joan M. Fenderson and Omaha National Bank n /k /a Firstier <br />Bank are Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an <br />accounting from said Defendants on the amount due Plaintiff on a mort- <br />gage dated July 7, 1978 filed with the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on August 30, 1978 at Document No. 78- 005571 wherein <br />Edwards. Cummings mortgaged to Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A. f /k /a <br />First Savings Company, Plaintiff herein, the following- described real <br />estate situated in Douglas County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Easterly One -third (E1 /3) of Lot Three (3) in <br />'Block Eighty -one (81), Original Town of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same declared <br />a lien upon the interest of Edward S. Cummings, Mary Beth Cummings, <br />John R. Fenderson, Joan M. Fenderson and Omaha National Bank in said <br />real estate and appurtenances thereto; to have said real estate and <br />appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due, together with <br />the cost of suit, and to foreclosure the said Edward S. Cummings, Mary <br />Beth Cummings, John R. Fenderson, Joan M.
