Gifstad, husband and wife, Trustors, did on or about the 29th day of June, 1983, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association, as Trustee, a Trust Deed wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: Lot Thirty -eight (38), Potash Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska; as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association, Beneficiary of said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was recorded on the 29th day of June, 1983, in the office of the Re$, aster of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83- 0Q3433. You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due from August 1, 1983, through this date, together with interest accruing thereon. You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to de- clare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation.
