CORRECTIVE QUITCLAIM DRED, �0 610 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That we, Jacquelyne J. Wehn and Robert A. Wolin <br />husband and wife, herein called the rJrantors, in consideration <br />of none other than for purposes of correction as hereinafter <br />set forth of a previnus Quitclaim Deed appearing in the chain <br />of title, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto the Village of Doniphan, A Municipal Corpora- <br />tion, herein called Grantee, the following described real <br />property in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wits <br />The West Ten Feet (W101) of the East Thirty -two <br />Feet (E321) of Lot Two (2), Block One (1) in the <br />Original Town of Doniphan, Nebraska. <br />This deed has been executed and delivered for the purpose <br />of correcting a defect in a Quitclaim Deed covering the above <br />described premises filed September 1, 1944, in Book 86, Page <br />553 of the Records of the Register of Deeds Office in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, which defect is that the call of the Quit- <br />claim Deed inadvertently omitted the property described above. <br />To have and to hold the above described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns <br />forever. <br />DATED this 25th- day of August 1987. <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />jss <br />COUNTY OF Orange <br />Before me, a notary public qualfied for said county <br />and state, personally came Jacquelyne J.
