Wolin husband and wife, herein called the rJrantors, in consideration of none other than for purposes of correction as hereinafter set forth of a previnus Quitclaim Deed appearing in the chain of title, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Village of Doniphan, A Municipal Corpora- tion, herein called Grantee, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wits The West Ten Feet (W101) of the East Thirty -two Feet (E321) of Lot Two (2), Block One (1) in the Original Town of Doniphan, Nebraska. This deed has been executed and delivered for the purpose of correcting a defect in a Quitclaim Deed covering the above described premises filed September 1, 1944, in Book 86, Page 553 of the Records of the Register of Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska, which defect is that the call of the Quit- claim Deed inadvertently omitted the property described above. To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
