i 7 105495 BASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; That Park Gardens Development, Inc., owner of Park Gardens Third Subdivision to the City of Grand .Island, Hall County, Nebraska,, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), and pursuant to the Declaration of Annexation they have filed on such Subdivision with the Register of Deeds of Hall. County, Nebraska, as Document No. 87-105494 do hereby grant and convey to Park Gardens Development Owners Association, a Nebraska Corporation, an easement for the Park Gardens Development Owners Association to perform maintenance; and upkeep on all property in said Park Gardens Third Subdivision, except the interior of structures to be erected thereon, and to do everything in the Subdivision as authorized and in accordance with the Declaration of Annexation filed as Document No. E7- 105494 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, which imposes the restrictions, covenants, conditions for the use of said property pursuant to the Declaration recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall. County, Nebraska, on June 18, 1984, as Document No. 84- 003208; and to maintain all water lines and sanitary sewer lines from structures erected in said Subdivision to the appropriate city mains.
