WARRANTY DEED <br />A tract of land in Lot Four (4), Section Eight (8), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of <br />the Sixth (6th) P.M., described as referring to the <br />Southwest corner of said Section 8 (said point being <br />the Southwest corner of Lot 4), thence Northerly <br />along the West line of said Lot 4 a distance of 974.2 <br />Feet; thence deflecting right 89 degrees 44 minutes <br />a distance of 150 Feet to the point of beginning, <br />thence Northerly and parallel to the West line of <br />Lot 4, a distance of 281 Feet, to a point of curvature; <br />thence Northeasterly on a 65 Foot radius curve to the <br />right (initial tangent of which coincides with the <br />last described course produced) a distance of 44.2 <br />Feet to the point of tangency; thence continuing <br />Northeasterly, tangent, a distance of l2.4 Feet to a <br />point 10 Feet South of the North line of said Lot 4; <br />thence Easterly and parallel to the North line of <br />said Lot 4, a distance of 577.7 Feet; thence Southerly <br />and parallel to the West line of said Lot 4, a distance <br />of 331 Feet; thence Westerly and parallel to the <br />North line of said Lot 4, a distance of 600 Feet to <br />the point of beginning and containing 4.55 acres, more <br />or less, together with an easement across and upon the <br />remainder of said Lot 4, to the South and to the West <br />for the express purpose of maintaining drainage <br />facilities; subject, however, to a perpetual easement <br />to Waldemar H. Lambrecht and Maxine W.
