September 9, 1987 <br />Hall County Register of Deeds <br />Hall County Court House <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />At an outside:: inspection made on June 1, 1987, the Hall County <br />Department of Health, Mr. Charles Wilson, R.S., and the Hall <br />County Building Inspector, Mr. Max Boersen, Jr., the Mr. and <br />Mrs. Robert Owens property at the following location: South 1/3 <br />of Lots 4, 5, 6, Block A, First Addition to Wood River and <br />adjacent right -of -way addressed as 1207 Dodd Street, was <br />determined to be the location of a building or structure that <br />is declared to be in unsafe condition.
