<br />83- 001658 and which Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned by
<br />Banco Mortgage Company to The Lomas & Nettleton Company, by
<br />Assignment dated February 28, 1985, and recorded on September 3,
<br />1985, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 85- 004269 of the Mortgage Records, does
<br />hereby remove Stewart Title Guaranty Company as Trustee
<br />thereunder and does hereby appoint and substitute Michael Francis
<br />Coyle, Attorney at Law, 500 Electric Building, Omaha, NE 68102,
<br />as Trustee thereunder.
