ENTICE OF Lis P=01XS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY <br />Lot Seven (7) of County Subdivision of <br />part of the South Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter (S 1/2 SE 1 /4) of Section Sixteen <br />(16), Township Eleven (11), Range Hine <br />(9) (lest of the 6th P.N., situated in <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />given by the Defendants Robert A. Dyer and Vivian G. Meyer, Husband and Wife, <br />on July 30, 1982, to the Plaintiffs, and that said mortgage was duly filed for <br />record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall county, Nebraska, on <br />July 30, 1982, and was duly recorded in Book 82, at Page 003208, of the real <br />estate mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said note and mortgage the <br />sum of $18,000.00 as of September 10, 1987, together with interest accruing <br />thereon at the default interest rate as provided for in said note from and <br />after said date, and abstract fees, and for additional costs and other <br />advanced required for insurance premiums, taxes and other costs necessary to <br />protect the real estate security during these proceedings, and praying for the <br />sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount due on its <br />mortgage, interest and costs. <br />Dated 7,��.� <br />In <br />0 <br />XJ <br />
