Yi :� �3, Y iii is �. f } e.. i <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTZR LAU, INC., hereby <br />consents to the conditional assignment to THE EQUITABLE BUILDING <br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party), <br />by EARL KILLEFER and CHONG BOOK KILLEFER, husband and wife as <br />joint tenants,(Debtors)► U a Lease dated September , 1987, <br />wherein Kuester Lake, Inc., is the Lessor and Earl Killefer and <br />Cong Sock Killefer, are the Lessee, such Lease commenced <br />September A-, 1967, and terminates and <br />pertains to: <br />Lot 25 and the Southerly 10 Beet of Lot 24 having a <br />lake front footage of 113 Feet and situated on the West <br />side of the West portion of Kuester Lake, and being on <br />a part of the EJSW}, Section 13 -11 -9, West of the 6th <br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Westerly <br />side by a common road. <br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents, <br />was given by said Debtors to The Equitable Building and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, (Secured Party) as <br />additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of <br />$45,000.00, and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the <br />above- described premises and securing payment of said note <br />(bond). <br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note (bond) <br />is paid. <br />KUESTER LAKE, INC. <br />BYE/ i o :f�twG 'ti.e <br />Its President <br />ATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />SS. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />
