Fa <br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION <br />BY <br />PERSONAL CO-REPRESENTATIVES <br />Grace A. Kinman and Norwent Bank Nebraska, N.A., Personal Co- <br />Representatives of the Estate of Richard E. Kinman, Deceased, <br />GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Grace A. Kinman, GRANTEE, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. <br />76-201) : <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter (SEJSEJ) of Section Twenty-four <br />(24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the <br />6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line <br />of said Section 24, said point being 867.84 feet north of <br />the southeast corner of said Section 24; thence northerly <br />along the east line of said Section 24, a distance of 60 <br />feet; thence westerly parallel to the south line of said <br />Section 24, a distance of 1,056.13 feet to the easterly <br />right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 281; thence deflecting <br />left 105016'31" and running southeasterly along said Ro,.W. <br />line, a distance of 150.31 feet, to a point of curvature; <br />thence continuing southeasterly along the arc of a curve <br />whose radius is 2,714.79 feet (initial tangent of which <br />forms an angle 04051' left from the last described course), <br />and on said R.O.W. line, a distance of 29.6 feet; thence <br />continuing southeasterly along a line which forms an angle <br />of 01903' left from the final. tangent of the last described <br />curve, and on said R.O.W. line, a distance of 327.67 feet; <br />thence easterly parallel to the south line of said Section <br />24, a distance of 353.25 feet; thence northerly parallel to <br />the east line of said Section 24, a distance of 416.84 feet; <br />thence easterly parallel to the south line of said Section <br />24, a distance of 524.6 feet to the place of beginning and <br />containing 5.635 acres more or less, now described as Lot <br />Two (2) in Hamilton-Kinman Subdivision in the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, <br />subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to <br />distribution of the real estate from said estate.
