Martin and Donnie J. Martin, husband <br />and wife, as trustor (collectively, " Truster"), on April 7, <br />1983 made, executed and delivered to Stewart Title Guaranty <br />Company ("Stewart"), as trustee, and Superior Mortgage, Inc. <br />("Superior"), as beneficiary, a deed of trust (the "Deed of <br />Trust") covering the following described property: <br />Lot One (1) in Block Thirty-Six (36), in Charles <br />Warmer's Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was given as security for the <br />repayment of the indebtedne-5 evidenced by the Trustor's note <br />to Superior dated April 7, ';,983, which Deed of Trust was <br />recorded April 8, 1983 in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 83-001701 and was <br />refiled April 13, 1983 as Document Number 83-001.773; and <br />WHEREAS, the interest of Superior as beneficiary under <br />the Deed of Trust has been assigned to Goldome Realty Credit <br />Corp., 205 Park Club Lane, Post Office Box 9000, Buffalo, New <br />York 14221-9000 ("Beneficiary"); and <br />WHEREAS, Stewart has been replaced as trustee by <br />Daniel T. Haug, Esq., a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association (*Trustee"); and <br />WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation of Truster for which <br />the Deed of Trust was made has occurred, to-wit: Trustor has <br />failed to tender payments (Sue in the aggregate amount of <br />$15,619.80 as of August 31, 1987; <br />I <br />1W <br />
