<br />This Deed of Trust is made this 28th day of August, 1987,
<br />by and among SKAG -WAY DISCOUNT DEPT. STORES, INC., hereinafter
<br />referred to as "Trustor," whose mailing address is 620 West State
<br />Street, Grand Island, NE 68801; AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Trustee," whose mailing address is
<br />P. O. Box 790, Grand Island, NE 68802; and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL
<br />BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary,"
<br />whose mailing address is P. 0. Box 1688, Grand Island, NE 68802.
<br />For valuable consideration, Trustor irrevocably grants,
<br />transfers, conveys and assigns to Trustee, in trust, with power
<br />of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the
<br />following- described property, located in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lots Fifteen (15) and
<br />Sixteen (16); the easterly Eighty -Eight (88.0) Feet of
<br />Lot Seventeen (17); the southerly Fifty -Two and
<br />Sixty -Seven Hundredths (52.67) Feet of the northerly
<br />One Hundred Twenty -Six and Thirty -Three Hundredths
<br />(126.33) Feet of the westerly One Hundred Thirty -Two
<br />(132.0) Feet of Lot Seventeen (17); and the westerly
<br />Thirty -Two (32.0) Feet of the easterly One Hundred
<br />Twenty (120.0) Feet of the southerly One Hundred
<br />Fifty -Eight (158.0) Feet of Lot Seventeen (17), all in
<br />Home Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot Six (6), Home
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the westerly Two Hundred
<br />Fifty (250.0) Feet of the northerly One Hundred
<br />Thirty -Five (135.0) Feet there of AND the westerly Two
<br />Hundred Sixty (260.0) Feet of the southerly One Hundred
<br />Fifty (150.0) Feet thereof; and
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Five (5), Home
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br />(5), said point being Two Hundred Sixty (260.0) Feet
