<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein the Plaintiffs are: ROBFM L.
<br />METTENBRINK, individually, and as Trustee of the C. and C. E. Foundation
<br />Trust, and KAY L. MERTIIiBRINK, individually, and as Trustee of the C. and
<br />C.E. Foundation Trust; and the.Defendants are: ALBERT G. SCHROEM, Per-
<br />sonal Representative of the Estate of Charles E. Mettenbrink, (deceased),
<br />MARY L. THOMPSON, individual, WILMA L. BELMIE, individual, JOSEPH C-
<br />, individual, and KELLY A. EMERY, individual; the object and prayer
<br />of which is to declare that the Quiet Title Action, filed by Albert G.
<br />Schroeder, allegedly action as an Administrator of Charles E. Mettenbrink,
<br />(deceased), case # frt', be declared as fraudulent, be declared null
<br />and void, and following described properties declared to be property of
<br />the C. and C. E. Foundation Trust, as was the will and intent of the
<br />Creator, Charles E. Mettenbrink on August 25, 1978.
<br />Described Properties: The North Half (NY2) of Section Twenty (20),
<br />in Township Twelve (12), North, Range Nine (9), West of the sixth (60)
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom tracts of land more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 77, pages Warrant
<br />and 58, Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded in Book 171, page g, y
<br />Deed recorded in Book 172, page 343, and Trustee's Deeds recorded as
<br />Document Nos. 82- 004913, 82- 005025, 82-005026 in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office, Hall County, Nebraska; and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />( of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Twelve (12), North, Range
<br />line (9 , West of the sixth (60) P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
