i- 105265 <br />ASSIGNMENT OF AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE <br />OF REAL ESTATE <br />For value received, I, Susan L. Jeffres, a single person, <br />and Laura J. (Jeffres) Zimmerman, a married woman, hereby <br />assign to the Five Points Bank, all rights, title, and <br />interest arising from an Agreement for the Sale of Real <br />Estate dated the 13th day of August, 1987, whereby Randy <br />and Brenda Martin agree to buy and we agree to sell the <br />hereinafter described real estate: <br />Part of Lot Fifteen (15) of the County Subdivision <br />of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (SISEJ) <br />of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. more <br />particularly described as follows, to -wit: com- <br />mencing at a point 80 feet Southerly from the <br />Southwesterly corner of Lot Four (4), in Block <br />Four (4) in Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and on a line with the Westerly <br />boundary line of said lot, thence running Souther- <br />ly along the Easterly boundary line of Eddy Street, <br />in said city, for a distance of 68 feet to the <br />Northerly boundary line of John Street, in said <br />city, running thence Easterly along and upon <br />the Northerly boundary line of John Street for <br />a distance of 66 feet, running thence Northerly, <br />parallel with the Easterly boundary line of Eddy <br />Street for a distance of 68 feet running thence <br />Westerly, parallel with the Northerly boundary <br />line of John Street, for a distance of 66 feet <br />to the place of begining. <br />This assignment and transfer is, however subjectto the con- <br />dition that if certain Fixed Rate Programmed Lending Note <br />dated September 1, 1987 in the total amount of $22,400.00, <br />said note maturing September 1, 1990 given by Susan L. <br />Jeffres, Laura J. (Jeffres) Zimmerman, and Raymond Zimmer- <br />man to Five Points Bank, is paid in full, the assignment <br />is null and void. D <br />AS san L.'
