<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of ($ 44,000.00)

<br />hand paid by CENTRAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, its successors and/or assigns
<br />a Corporation,, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, assigned, and transferred, and, by these presents,
<br />does grant, assign, and transfer unto the party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed, wherein the said
<br />beneficiary is Five Poiuts Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />Robert W. Rupp and Mary Ellen Rupp, husband and wife
<br />is Trustor, and Five Points Bank,.Grand Island, Nebraska is Trustee, which
<br />Trust Deed was dated the 15th day of July 19 87 , and
<br />recorded, the 16th day of July , 1987 , document i 87- 104228 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County,Nebraska and all its right,
<br />title and interest to the property therein described, as follows, to wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), in Block Nine (9), in Ashton Place, an Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Superior Mortgage, Inc. by an Assignment of
<br />Deed of Trust dated 7/16/87 and filed for records as Document #87-104330
<br />on July 16, 1987in the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to
<br />become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Superior Mortgage, Inc. a corporation, has caused this
<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its President, and attested by its
<br />Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 27th day
