87-- 105209 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />MICHAEL W. O'HARA and VIRGINIA L. O'HARA, husband and wife, <br />each in and of their own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE <br />HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ($150,000.00) received <br />from Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />TRI- CITILâ–ºS MOVING SERVICES, INC., herein called the Grantee, the <br />following- described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />All of the Easterly Two Hundred Ninety -Five and <br />Three Tenths (295.3) feet of the Westerly Seven Hundred <br />Seventy -Seven and Three- Tenths (777.3) feet of Lot Six <br />(6) of Voss Subdivision of that part of the East Half <br />of the Southwest Quarter (EhSW4) and the West Half of <br />the Southeast Quarter (WhSEh) of Section Eleven (11), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, lying South of the <br />Lincoln Highway, which tract hereby conveyed is more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the South line of said Lot Six <br />(6), which point of beginning is Four Hundred Eighty -Two <br />(482) feet East of the West point or tip of said Lot <br />Six (6) and which point of beginning is the Southeast <br />corner of the trace described in the Deed recorded in <br />Book 101 at Page 359 of the Deed Records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, running thence North a distance of Two Hundred <br />Thirty -Five and Eight- Tenths (235.8) feet along the <br />West line of the tract described in the Deed recorded <br />in Book 101 at Page 359 hereinbefore mentioned to the <br />South boundary line of the Lincoln Highway, also known <br />as U.S. Highway No. 30, running thence Northeasterly <br />along and upon the Southern boundary line of said U.S. <br />Highway No. 30, a distance of Three Hundred Twenty -Eight <br />and Three - Tenths (328.3) feet to the Northwest corner <br />of the tract conveyed by Warranty Deed recorded in Book <br />112 at Page 165 of the Deed Records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, running thence South along and upon the West <br />boundary line of said tract described in the Deed <br />recorded in Book 112 at Page 165 last above mentioned, <br />a distance of Three Hundred Seventy -Nine and Eight- Tenths <br />(379.8) feet to the South boundary line of said Lot Six <br />(6) running thence West along and upon the South boundary <br />line of said Lot Six (6) a distance of Two Hundred <br />Ninety -Five and Three - Tenths (295.3) feet to the place <br />of beginning; <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above- described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever; and Grantors hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance and that Grantors have good right and lawful authority <br />to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to warrant and <br />defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of <br />all persons whomsoever; and the said Grantors hereby relinquish <br />all right, title, claim and interest in and to the above - described <br />premises. <br />Signed this /,j day of <br />$TA'TEMENT ATTACHED <br />NEj3RAsK P T M NTARY q <br />1987 <br />pe c'm 19-01. <br />chael W.
