<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney at Law, Norwest Bank
<br />Building, Third and Locust Streets, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801,
<br />hereinafter referred to as Grantor, as successor trustee under
<br />the trust deed hereinafter described, for valuable consideration,
<br />hereby grants and conveys to Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authority, Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, expressed
<br />or implied,, all of the following described real estate.:
<br />The South Fifty Six (S 56) Feet of the North One
<br />Hundred Sixty Eight (N 168) Feet of the West One Half
<br />(W+j) of Block Ten (10), in Pleasant Home Subdivision,
<br />of part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (Ej
<br />SEJ) of Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on
<br />Grantor by a trust deed dated June 28, 1982, and recorded on June
<br />28, 1982, in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 82- 002617 wherein Dwight G. Christ and Dianne K.
<br />Christ, husband and wife are Trustors, and Superior Mortgage,
<br />Inc., is named Beneficiary and Fidelity National Title Insurance
<br />Company as Trustee; subsequently that Deed of Trust was assigned
<br />by Superior Mortgage, Inc. to the Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund,
<br />predecessor of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority by an
<br />assignment filed July 9, 1982 as Document No. 82- 002841 in the
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska and Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede was named successor trustee to the Fidelity National
<br />Title Insurance Company by a Substitution of Trustee filed July
<br />1, 1987 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Document No. 87- 103932 and in such Trust Deed, the Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $26,800.00; and after the fulfillment of the
<br />conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this
<br />conveyance as follows:
<br />1) Breach and default were made under the terms of the
<br />Trust deed in the particular set forth in the notice of default
<br />hereinafter referred to, which default continued until the time
<br />of sale.
<br />2) There was filed for record on July 1, 1987, as
<br />Document No. 87- 103933 a notice of default in the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and of election to sell the
<br />property to satisfy the obligations secured thereby and
<br />thereafter notice of the filing of the notice of default was sent
<br />in the statutory manner to all persons entitled to a notice
