DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned William G. Blackburn of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, <br />as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated April 30, 1986, executed by <br />Scott B. Arnold and Sheri L. Arnold, as Trustor, in which Five <br />Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, <br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document <br />No. 86- 102232, and <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points <br />Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey <br />reciting that the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has been <br />satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey the <br />trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the pro- <br />visions of such Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, <br />to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now held by <br />said Trustee thereunder in and to the following - described real <br />property: <br />Lot Three (3), Block Fifteen (15), in South Grand <br />Island, an addition to Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed <br />of Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska on August 2-7—, 1987. <br />William G.
