<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />THIS DEED, made this �d day of 1987,
<br />between James-I. Shamberg, Trustee; The EquitabEe L� Assurance
<br />Society of the United States, Beneficiary; and Walter L. Bilslend
<br />and Carolyn J. Bilslend, husband and wife, Trustors.
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order
<br />to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable considera-
<br />tion, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on February
<br />25, 1986, and identified as Document No. 86- 100902 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, to Trustee,
<br />his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W }SW}) of Section
<br />Twenty -six (26), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., and
<br />All that part of the Southwest Quarter (SWO of Section Six
<br />(6) in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, which lies north of the
<br />right -of -way of the Union Pacific Railroad Company right -of-
<br />way, excepting therefrom the following tracts of ground as
<br />the same are on file in the Office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, in Deed Records recorded in Book 122,
<br />Page 525 and Book 177, Page 349, and including the easement
<br />rights as recorded in the Records of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 78- 000682; and
<br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S }SE}) of Section
<br />Nineteen (19), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven
<br />(11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said
<br />Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore
<br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release,
<br />convey and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title,
<br />interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in
<br />and through the above - described Deed of Trust, together with all
<br />appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
