Edwardson and Patricia C. Edwardson, husband and wife, et al., Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain Mortgage of $22,973.60, plus accruing interest thereon on the following described real estate, to -wit: Lot Two (2), Block Twenty -One (21), Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, by the Defendants, Howard E. Edwardson and Patricia C. Edwardson on the 16th day of November, 1979, to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska and that said mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on December 16, 1979 and duly recorded as Document No. 79- 007584 of the Mortgage Records of said county thereof, and subsequently assigned to the Plaintiff. Plaintiff claims that there is now due $22,973.60 on said mortgage, plus interest thereon and the bond it was given to secure, and it prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount found due on its mortgage and interest and costs of that action.
