McCARTNEY, husband ) and wife, ) Defendants. ) TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You are hereby notified that on August ZI-, 1987, The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against the above -named Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska. The Westerly Twenty -Six (26) Feet of Lot Two (2) and the Easterly Twenty -Six (26) Feet of Lot Three (3), all in Block Two (2), in Gladstone Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, given by Defendants Paul E. McCartney and Theresa L. McCartney on or about May 18, 1984, to the above -named Plaintiff, and that said Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, nebraska, on May 18, 1984, as Document No. 84- 002646. Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Mortgage Note and Mortgage the sum of $35,892.52, including interest computed to and including August 20, 1987, and with interest accruing at the rate of $10.80 per diem commencing August 20, 1987, and for additional costs and other advances necessary to protect the real estate security during these proceedings, and praying for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amounts found due on its Mortgage Note and Mortgage, interest and costs.
