MOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that on the 21st day of August, 1987, an <br />Installment Sales Contract was entered into by and between THE RASMUSSEN, a <br />single person, SEUZR, and JANICE M. THAYER, BUYER, for the sale and <br />conveyance of the following- described real property situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />A tract of land cceprising a part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter <br />(Et Vic) of section Twmnty -Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Rand Nine <br />(9), West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot One (1), Woodland Second <br />Subdivision, also being a point on the west line of said East One <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (A SEk); theme running easterly <br />along and upon the north line of Lots One (1) and Two (2) of said <br />Woodland Second Subdivision, a distance of Four Hundred and One <br />Tenth (400.1) feet to the northwest corner of Lot Three (3) of said <br />Woodland Second Subdivision; theme running easterly along and upon <br />the north line of said Lot Three (3), a distance of Two Hundred <br />Ninety -Seven and Three Tenths (297.3) feet to the northeast corner <br />of said Lot Three (3) and also being a point on the northwesterly <br />right of way line of Ramada Road; thence running northeasterly along <br />and upon said northwesterly right of way line a distance of One <br />Hundred Forty -Two and Thirty -Seven Hundredths (142.37) feet to the <br />southwest corner of Lot Four (4) of said Woodland Second Subdi- <br />vision; thence running northerly along and upon the west line of <br />Lots Farr (4) , Five (5) , Six (6) and Seven (7) , a distance of Six <br />Hundred Ninety -Eight and Sixty -Two Hundredths (698.62) feet to the <br />northwest corner of said Lot Seven (7) and also being a point on the <br />south line of Woodland Drive; thence running westerly along and upon <br />the prolongation of the south line of Woodland Drive, a distance of <br />Seven Hundred Ninety -Seven and Sixty -Nine Hundredths (797.69) feet <br />to a point on the west line of said East One Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter (Eh SE%); thence running southerly along and upon the west <br />line of said East one Half of the Southeast Quarter (Eh SEk), a <br />distance of Seven Hundred Ninety -Two and Twenty -Two Hundredths <br />(792.22) feet to the point of beginning and containing 14.500 ages, <br />more or less. <br />The final installment payment of said Contract is due and payable of <br />August 21, 1997.
