<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />that on August r7,4,, 1987, The
<br />Association of Grand Island,
<br />Petition in the District Court of
<br />the above -named Defendants, the
<br />foreclose a real estate mortgage
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Southerly Ninety -Two (92) Feet of Lot
<br />Eight (8), in Block One Hundred Twenty -Six
<br />(126), Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />given by Defendants Jerald A. Myers, Ruby A. Myers, and Laurie A.
<br />Myers, on or about October 26, 1984, to the above -named
<br />Plaintiff, and that said Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 26,
<br />1984, as Document No. 84- 005667.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Mortgage Note
<br />and Mortgage the sum of $42,079.78, including interest computed
<br />to and including August 20, 1987, and with interest accruing at
<br />the rate of $12.16 per diem commencing August 20, 1987, and for
<br />additional costs and other advances necessary to protect the real
<br />estate security during these proceedings, and praying for the
<br />sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amounts
<br />found due on its Mortgage Note and Mortgage, interest and costs.
