87- 105u30 <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed <br />executed by STEVE CROOKER, to AREND R. BAACK, Trustee, for the <br />benefit of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the <br />beneficiary named therein, dated May 3, 1984, and recorded <br />May 11, 1984, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Document Number 84- 002546, has been paid, <br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accord- <br />ance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through <br />said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as <br />to such premises: <br />Lot Sixteen (16) in Hidden Lakes Subdivision, <br />Number Four (4), Hall County, Nebraska; <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurte- <br />nances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 24th day of August, 1987. <br />1 Ltir"/ �;cj <br />Arend R.
