<br />ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: MANUFACTURERS
<br />HANOVER TRUST COMPANY, a New York banking corporation, aw-
<br />ing an address at VO Park Avenue, New York, New York 10022,
<br />herein referred to as Assignor, for valuable consideration,
<br />the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
<br />grant, assign and transfer to COMMONWEALTH MORTGAGE COMPANY,
<br />INC., a corporation organized and existing under tWe laws of
<br />Massachusetts, having an address at Sun Life Executive Park,
<br />P.O. Box 9111, Wellesley Hills, Norfolk County, Massachu-
<br />setts 02181, herein referred to as Assignee, that certain

<br />for a description of the land encumbered thereby), and as-
<br />signed to Assignor by assignment recorded in Record Book

<br />aforesaid office, together with the note therein described
<br />and the money due, with interest, on such note.
<br />Further, Assignor hereby makes, constitutes and
<br />appoints Assignee his attorney in fact, irrevocably, in his
<br />name or otherwise but at the expense of Assignee, to have,
<br />use and take all lawful means for the recovery of the prin-
<br />cipal and interest secured by the aforesaid mortgage, and in
<br />case of payment to discharge the mortgage as fully as As-
<br />signor might, or could, do if this assignment were not made.
