a %7, 105001 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE WHEREAS, the undersigned William G. Blackburn, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated October 6, 1986, executed by Gabriel A. Bedish, Jr., A Single Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 86- 105817, and WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey reciting that the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to re- convey the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following- described real property: The East 293 feet and 4 inches of the west 586 feet and 8 inches of the South Nine (9) acres of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E'ISEJ) of Section Four (4) Township Eleven (11) North of Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. The nine acres being the land de- scribed in Book 58, Page 124 of Hall County records, conveyed to Otto H. Rembolt, the tract above conveyed to said Bedish having a width of 293.8 feet and a depth running North from the South line of said section of 18 rods containing about 2 acres.
