Bedish, Jr., a single person, Grantor, <br />whether one or more, in consideration of NINETEEN THOUSAND FIVE <br />HUNDRED DOLLARS AND N01100 ($19,500.00), receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, conveys to Donald L. Kelly and Agnes M. <br />Kelly, husband and wife, joint tenants with right of <br />survivorship, Grantee, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. S76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />All of the East Two Hundred Ninety Three feet and four <br />inches (293' 411) of the West Five Hundred Eighty Six <br />feet and eight inches (586' 811) of the South Nine (9) <br />acres of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E} <br />SE}) of Section Four (4), in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska.
