Klingenberg and Peggy S. Klingenberg, husband and wife, et al., Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain mortgage of $57,959.64, plus interest accruing thereon on the following- described real estate: Lot Sixteen (16), in LeHeights Fourth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, by the Defendants Craig L. Klingenberg and Peggy S. Klingenberg, husband and wife, on the 27th day of February, 1986, to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, and that said mortgage was duly filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 27, 1986, and duly recorded as Document No. 86- 100948 of the Mortgage Records of said County thereof, and subsequently assigned to the Plaintiff. Plaintiff claims that there is now due $57,959.64 on said mortgage, plus interest thereon and the Note it was given to secure, and it prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount found due on its mortgage and interest and the cost of that action.
