0 <br />r • <br />LIS PENDENS <br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Commercial <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association is plaintiff and Rick D. <br />Westerlin, at al., are the defendants, the object and prayer of <br />which is to obtain an accounting from said defendants of the <br />amount due plaintiff on the mortgage dated the 26th day of <br />September, 1979, and filed in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 26th day of September, 1979, <br />as Document No. 79- 006309, wherein Rick D. Westerlin, a single <br />person, mortgaged and conveyed to plaintiff the following <br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />A tract of land being a part of Lot Eight (8) of the <br />County Subdivision of part of the South Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter (S 1/2 SE 1/4) of Section Sixteen <br />(16), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Northwest Corner of Lot Eight (8) of said County <br />Subdivision as originally platted: Thence Southerly 40 <br />feet along the Westerly line of Cedar Street (Being the <br />Westerly line of said Lot Eight (8) as originally <br />platted): Thence Easterly 80 feet parallel to the <br />Northerly line of said Lot Eight (8) as originally <br />platted, to the Easterly line of said Cedar Street as <br />the actual point of beginning: Thence Easterly parallel <br />to the Northerly line of said Lot Eight (8) a distance <br />of 58 feet: Thence Southerly parallel with the Easterly <br />line of said Cedar Street a distance of 79.45 feet: <br />Thence Westerly parallel with the Northerly line of <br />said Lot Eight (8) as originally platted, a distance of <br />58 feet to the Easterly line of Cedar Street: Thence <br />Northerly along the Easterly line of Cedar Street to <br />the actual point of beginning. <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same <br />declared a lien upon the interest of Rick D.
